According to Vance, the main threat to the EU is its internal problems. Among them, the Vice President mentions migration and economic policies.

"Their leaders declare that Russia is the main threat in the world. But at the same time, they buy billions worth of Russian gas and spend 1% of GDP on defense, while we spend 3-4%," TASS quoted him as saying.
