Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky are ready to conclude a deal within the framework of a peaceful settlement of the conflict. This was announced on April 3 by US President Donald Trump in an interview with reporters aboard Air Force One.

According to him, the head of the United States, he recently managed to talk with Zelensky, and "the conversation went well." The President of Ukraine allegedly expressed readiness for dialogue.

"I think we have a lot of progress. He (Zelensky. — Ed.) ready to make a deal. And I believe that President Putin is ready to make a deal, and then we will stop the killing of thousands of young people every week," Trump said.

Earlier in the day, political analyst Ordukhanyan predicted a change in Russia's relations with NATO countries. According to the expert, it is inappropriate to talk about the NATO countries as a kind of generalization. There are separate Member States, separated by different interests. For example, Hungary and Slovakia are not pursuing a pro-Russian or anti-European policy, but a policy in the interests of their people, because they understand the benefits of trade with Russia.
