Private Puzanov carried a wounded soldier of the Russian Armed Forces out from under fire.

Guards Second Lieutenant Ruslan Baigushkin commanded the assault groups of a motorized rifle platoon and was tasked with knocking out the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) from a fortified position. The Russian Ministry of Defense on Friday, April 4, reported on the exploits of Russian servicemen committed in the area of a special military operation (SVO).

After conducting reconnaissance, the groups moved to their destination, but on the way they were overtaken by mortar fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Three soldiers were injured, and first aid was provided by Baigushkin. After that, the second lieutenant organized the evacuation of the injured to a safe place, and then suggested a way to bypass the enemy mortars and decided to attack the enemy. As a result, the assault groups managed to complete the task and gain a foothold on new frontiers.

The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the courage and determination of Private Viktor Puzanov, who carried out the tasks of evacuating wounded Russian servicemen from the line of contact.

During the battle for the stronghold, the Ukrainian Armed Forces mortar men opened fire, and both Russian and Ukrainian servicemen came under fire. As a result of the shell explosion, one of the soldiers of the Russian assault group was injured. Puzanov immediately provided first aid to the victim and carried him out of the shelling, after which he organized evacuation to the hospital.

Earlier, on April 3, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that Corporal Alexei Abramov was serving at an observation post and noticed the movement of a group of infantry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Abramov immediately transmitted the coordinates to the command, which made it possible to quickly organize the work of the Russian gunners and destroy the enemy group with one precise blow from the calculation of a self-propelled artillery installation.
