A fire truck and a passenger car collided in Dolgoprudny. As a result of the accident, the driver of the car was injured. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow region on Thursday, April 3.

The accident occurred at about 15:30 on the Likhachevsky highway.

"According to preliminary information, a fire truck and a Daewoo passenger car collided, moving in the same direction. As a result of the accident, the driver of a car born in 1945 was injured and taken to a medical facility," the Moscow City News agency quoted the message.

Traffic police officers are establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
