It is planned to complete the construction of the storm drain before the end of 2025. The cost of the work is 27 million rubles.

According to the <url> news agency, in the next couple of years, the Tyumen authorities also intend to develop a storm drain project along Zarechny Proezd and Gazovikov Street, and for 2027-2028 it is planned to build a storm sewer on Y.-R.G. Hervier Street.
