The Oktyabrsky District Court of Tomsk ordered realtor Marina Orlova and blogger Daria Cherdantseva to perform mandatory labor for publishing a video in which they discussed a "business plan" for buying an apartment with the help of participants in a special military operation (SVO). This was reported on April 3 in the press service of the Prosecutor's office of the Tomsk region.

"The prosecutor's office has initiated cases of an administrative offense against Orlova and Cherdantseva under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (incitement to hatred or enmity, humiliation of human dignity)," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

The blogger and realtor had previously recorded a video in which they advised girls to marry their fighters, wait for their deaths and buy an apartment for 8 million rubles.

It is specified that following the review, the court ordered Orlova to perform 80 hours of compulsory labor, and Cherdantseva — 85 hours.

On March 19, the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow arrested stand-up comedian Artemy Ostanin for two months on charges of inciting hatred against participants in a special operation.

A day earlier, Ostanin was detained while trying to leave Russia. According to investigators, on March 15, the stand-up comedian made hostile comments in a public speech about people who were injured and disabled.

After the arrest, the comedian apologized for his words and stated that he had no intention of hurting anyone's feelings.
