The head of the Vidyaevo district in the Murmansk region was detained in a case of receiving a particularly large bribe, and he was taken into custody. This was announced on April 3 by the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region.

"The investigative authorities of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Murmansk Region have charged the head of the Vidyaevo district with taking a particularly large bribe (Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the agency's Telegram channel says.
