Experts have identified the areas with the cheapest housing for rent in Moscow

The cheapest rental housing in the capital can be found in New Moscow, Zelenograd, as well as in areas of the eastern part of the city. This was told by Domclick experts after analyzing current ads and determining the average cost of renting a standard studio apartment in different districts of the capital.

According to Domclick experts, as of mid-March, the median rental price is sq.m. m is about 2.6 thousand rubles. Thus, renting a standard apartment of 35 sq. m. m will cost about 75.4 thousand rubles. However, in some areas of the city, the rental price is below the average level. Thus, the minimum rental rates are fixed in Novomoskovsk AO — in Bekasovo, Voronovo and Troitsk, the cost of long-term rental of a standard apartment of 35 square meters. m will amount to 23.2 thousand rubles, 31.1 thousand rubles and 36.5 thousand rubles, respectively. The budget also includes the areas of Zelenograd Autonomous District, located almost 20 km from the MKAD. Lots with the lowest prices are offered in the districts of Silino (29.8 thousand rubles), Staroe Kryukovo (31.1 thousand rubles), Kryukovo (36.2 thousand rubles). Relatively low rental prices are also typical for areas in the eastern part of the capital, such as Veshnyaki (38.5 thousand rubles), Nekrasovka (39.7 thousand rubles), Ivanovskoye (42 thousand rubles), Vykhino—Zhulebino (42.1 thousand rubles) and Novokosino (42.6 thousand rubles). At the same time, only Veshnyaki and Ivanovskoye are located inside the MKAD.

The districts of the central part of Moscow have traditionally become the most expensive in terms of cost: Presnensky, Khamovniki and Zamoskvorechye. The cost of long-term rental of an apartment with an area of 35 m2 will be 127.3 thousand rubles, 123.2 thousand rubles and 115.8 thousand rubles, respectively. Arbat and Yakimanka are also distinguished by their high cost: the cost of a long-term rental of a studio apartment will be about 100 thousand rubles. Among the districts located outside the Garden Ring, Begovoy (104.2 thousand rubles), Airport (100.6 thousand rubles) and Dorogomilovo (94 thousand rubles) are the leaders in terms of cost.
