The Moscow government has approved the draft layout of part of the Degunino — Likhobory production zone No. 48. The corresponding decree was signed by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
As noted in the message on the portal mos.ru Houses will be built there, including under the renovation program, medical and educational institutions, as well as a sports complex and public and business facilities. "The area of 15.34 hectares is located in the Zapadnoye Degunino district in the north of Moscow between Ilmensky Passage and the tracks of the third Moscow central diameter. Currently, it is occupied by outdated production, utility, warehouse and other facilities," the article says.
According to the project, it is planned to build a residential area with a total area of 362.93 thousand square meters. In addition to residential buildings, public and business complexes, an educational complex with 1,150 places (a school for 800 students and a kindergarten for 350 pupils), a sports complex with a swimming pool and a game room, and a healthcare facility will be built there.
The project also provides for measures to develop the road network, including the construction of new roads and the reconstruction of Ilmen Passage. It is planned to carry out landscaping and landscaping of the territory.
The reorganization of part of the Degunino — Likhobory industrial zone is carried out within the framework of the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT).
Sobyanin also signed a decree on the development of non-residential buildings with an area of 3.28 hectares in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area. This area is located near the intersection of General Dorokhov Avenue and Aminyevsky Highway. Technoparks, fitness centers and outdoor sports grounds, museums and exhibition halls, as well as offices, shops, cafes, restaurants and bank branches will be built there. The reorganization of the territory will create almost 4,500 new jobs.
