The road bypassing Achinsk will be built by 2030

A road bypassing Achinsk will be built in the Krasnoyarsk Territory by 2030. Now a huge stream of freight traffic is moving along the road through the city.

The Federal Road Agency reported that by 2030 it is planned to build more than 30 bypasses of settlements across the country, including in Achinsk. Thanks to alternative routes, it is possible to move transit vehicles outside of populated areas.

This unloads the road network, reduces the likelihood of congestion and improves the environmental situation. In addition, people's quality of life is improving, transport links in the regions are becoming more efficient, and the number of accidents, including those involving pedestrians, is decreasing, according to KrasnoyarskMedia news agency.

The Achinsk media remind that the construction of a bypass of the city has already been announced in 2020. It was planned to start work in 2025.

At the end of March, it was reported that ten repaired bridges are planned to be commissioned in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 2025. The total length of the crossings under repair is 316 m. All of them are part of the regional road network and will be put in order as part of the National Infrastructure for Life project.
