Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), announced on April 3 that he was holding meetings in Washington with representatives of the administration of the American leader Donald Trump.
He added that the meetings are being held on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"On April 2-3 <...> I am holding meetings in Washington with representatives of the administration of President Donald Trump," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
