The Ministry of Defense demanded 390 million rubles from the manufacturer of complexes for combating UAVs

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation demanded to recover over 390 million rubles from the Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant, which produces complexes for combating drones, and the department appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court. This is stated in the case file.

The lawsuit was filed in court on March 28. At the moment, it has not been accepted for consideration. The total amount of the claims is 390,266,184.24 rubles.

The grounds for the claims have not yet been clarified.

Earlier, on January 20, it became known about a lawsuit for more than 4 billion rubles filed against the Military Construction Company (VSK). The details of the case were not disclosed.
