The trip is cheaper when traveling in a group due to discounts on excursions, meals and transfers. In addition, in this case, an interpreter is more often available to tourists, and the organizer takes over all the difficulties with the documents. Albina Khisamova, the organizer of author's travel and the owner of Aloha travel, told Izvestia about this on April 4.

The main advantages of group travel are the opportunity to meet like—minded people and establish useful connections. Khisamova explained that organized trips are more likely to make friends or meet potential business partners.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Energy canceled the recommendations not to visit it and not to sell tours there.

She also noted that in this case, tourists have a better chance of visiting key halls in museums and other attractions.

"Guides often have the right of preferential passage. Tickets are purchased in advance for groups, and you can pass through without waiting in line. There are also places where individual access is closed," said the travel organizer.

However, there are also disadvantages in group trips: the expert clarified that with such a trip it is necessary to adjust to the general schedule and it is impossible to change the route.

Earlier, on April 3, the OneTwoTrip travel planning service told Izvestia where single tourists would go for the May holidays. It turned out that 51% of travelers plan to travel abroad. Istanbul turned out to be the most popular destination.
