The outer wall of an apartment building collapsed in the Kemerovo region

In Guryevsk, Kemerovo region, the exterior wall of a two-story apartment building collapsed. This was announced on April 3 by the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region in the Telegram channel.

"A criminal case has been opened into the partial collapse of the outer wall of a residential apartment building in Guryevsk, on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Negligence")," the report says.

According to preliminary information, on April 2, a partial collapse of the brickwork of the exterior wall of a house in Guryevsk occurred. As a result of the incident, no one was injured.

It is specified that the investigator of the territorial investigation department conducted an inspection of the collapse site, as well as questioned witnesses. In addition, all the circumstances of the incident will be established during the preliminary investigation.

On March 16, an emergency house with people living in it collapsed in the village of Konstantinovka, Kaliningrad region. It was noted that the wall of the building collapsed in the place where the burnt-out municipal apartment was located. When people started leaving the house, a hole appeared in the floor of the second floor right at that moment.
