Russia and Belarus are not included in Trump's list of tariffs
Russia and Belarus were not included in the list of 185 countries for which the United States imposed new customs duties. On Wednesday, April 2, US President Donald Trump showed a list of mutual tariffs for a number of countries.
Duties of 20% will be imposed on goods from the European Union (EU), and 34% on Chinese goods, according to a list published on the White House's account on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
The measures will also affect Vietnam (46%), Israel (17%), Cambodia (49%), South Korea (25%), Thailand (36%), Taiwan (32%), Switzerland (31%), Japan (24%), etc.
On March 26, President Trump announced the introduction of 25 percent duties in the United States on all cars and trucks manufactured outside the country. He clarified that these measures will come into force on April 2 and will be added to the existing ones. The White House estimates that approximately $100 billion in annual duties will be collected.
