One person was trapped in a mine collapse in the Sverdlovsk region.

A rock collapse occurred in a mine in the city of Severouralsk, Sverdlovsk region, as a result of which one person was trapped under the rubble. This was reported to Izvestia by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations on Wednesday, April 2.
"The incident occurred at the Novo-Kalinskaya mine in Severouralsk at around 1010 m. Previously, there were seven people at the emergency site, one of whom ended up under the rubble as a result of the incident," the report says.
