Tsivileva spoke about the reduction of prosthetics time for the participants of her

Creation of a unified prosthetics center on the basis of the Military Medical Academy named after Kirov, as well as the development of a single standard of prosthetics for military personnel, made it possible to reduce the time to receive prosthetics for participants in a special operation to 3-4 months. This was announced on April 2 by Anna Tsivileva, Deputy Minister of Defense of Russia, Chairman of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.

She stressed that problematic issues of treatment and social assistance to veterans of the SVR are being resolved promptly under the personal supervision of the head of the military department, Andrei Belousov.

"The fulfillment of social guarantees for the participants of the free military, including the accrual of all due monetary payments, <...> is an absolute priority in the work of the Ministry of Defense," the Deputy Minister said.

The Military Social Center (WCC) of the Ministry of Defense, established in July 2024, plays a special role in the veterans' support system, as well as its offices based on the regional branches of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation. According to Tsivileva, the institution's specialists process from 100 to 600 applications on problematic issues every day, as well as consult people online. Assistance in the treatment of the military is also their responsibility.

At the same time, as the Deputy minister noted, more than 90% of appeals are resolved as soon as possible. The WCC staff accompanies the applicant at all stages until his problem is fully resolved.

"We will continue to improve the system of social guarantees for all participants in the special military operation," Tsivileva added.

Earlier, on March 26, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that Russia has ensured the priority right of its veterans to medical care and education. He noted that caring for the participants of the SVR and their families is the duty of the federal authorities, which they perform jointly with the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation.
