Drunk girl driving a car killed a pedestrian in Transbaikalia

In the Karymsky district of the Trans-Baikal Territory, a resident of the village of Darasun was killed as a result of a car collision. A drunk girl who does not have a driver's license turned out to be driving the car, according to the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

The hit-and-run occurred on the night of April 2 on Dorozhnaya Street in the village of Darasun. According to the traffic police, a 25-year-old Toyota Prius driver hit a 42-year-old pedestrian. The man died from his injuries.

According to the ChitaMedia news agency, at the time of the accident, the motorist was intoxicated. In addition, the girl does not have a driver's license.

In March of this year, a court in the Trans-Baikal Territory sentenced a resident of the village of Chernyshevsk, who got drunk behind the wheel of someone else's car, lost control and killed a man returning home with his wife. At the time of the accident, a 26-year-old young man was under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
