In the Moscow metro, a woman pushed her friend under a moving train. This was announced on April 2 by the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow.

It is specified that the incident occurred on April 1 on the platform of the Arbatskaya metro station on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line. There was a conflict, as a result of which a woman pushed her friend under the incoming train. The man was injured.

"The victim, a 45-year-old resident of the capital, was taken to a medical facility by an ambulance. He was diagnosed with a femoral fracture," the agency's website says.

The police detained the woman and took her to the police station. The issue of initiating a criminal case is currently being considered.

In Moscow on February 26, a 20-year-old young man hit a passenger who forbade him to go on the subway without a ticket. A criminal case has been opened on this fact under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Beatings"). The suspect was given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave.
