In Russia, bailiffs recovered more than 1 trillion rubles in 2024


In 2024, almost 1.3 trillion rubles were recovered as part of compulsory enforcement. This was announced on Wednesday, April 2, during the government hour in the Federation Council by Dmitry Aristov, Director of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP).
He noted that in 2024, more than 126 million enforcement proceedings were being developed.
"As a result of the measures taken by bailiffs, almost 73 million enforcement proceedings have been completed and terminated. Almost 1.3 trillion rubles have been recovered as part of the enforcement," Aristov said.
458 billion rubles were transferred to the Russian budget, about 210 billion rubles were recovered in favor of individuals, and 607 billion rubles were recovered from legal entities.
"Over the past year, 38.5 billion rubles of damage from crimes have been recovered. More than 2 thousand court decisions on the demolition of illegally erected buildings have been executed, 3.5 thousand dangerous facilities have been suspended, almost 1 thousand illegal landfills have been eliminated, 48 thousand criminal penalties in the form of fines have been executed," the head of the department said.
He added that the value of the seized property, which was transferred for sale, turned out to be above 200 billion rubles. In addition, since 2020, the FSSP, together with the Prosecutor General's Office, has been actively working to identify and transfer to state revenue "corrupt" property and assets obtained illegally.
"Over 1 trillion 200 billion securities, 13 thousand real estate objects and 8 thousand other objects, including vehicles and luxury goods, have been transferred to Russia's revenue," Aristov stressed.
During the search, bailiffs established the whereabouts of more than 70 thousand debtors, 175 children were found. 12.5 thousand vehicles belonging to debtors were also found.
Earlier, on March 21, the press service of Roskomnadzor told Izvestia that the Russian authorities had collected 13 billion rubles in fines from Google. Thus, the FSSP collected two revolving fines imposed in 2021 and 2023 in full: more than 7.2 billion rubles and more than 4.6 billion rubles, respectively, and more than 1.5 billion rubles were recovered from a fine of more than 21 billion rubles imposed in 2022, the department noted.
