The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) poorly plans the conduct of hostilities and sends unprepared mobilized to the front line. This was announced on April 2 by Dmitry Parkhomenko, a captured soldier of the 32nd separate mechanized brigade.

"The directive has arrived: "Everyone, send people." So they sent it. All those who are not needed, I think, were sent <...> They practically did not prepare, so they took them: "You, you and you" and went," he said.

The captured militant noted that his unit lacked clear orders, and they were sent to the front line directly from the rear units without proper training. After arriving at the positions, the soldiers did not know what to do or where to go.

According to the prisoner, fights and alcohol consumption, collecting money "for needs" and lack of discipline are common in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Parkhomenko said that the Kiev regime is conducting a planned extermination of the Ukrainian people and did not rule out the mobilization of women and children in the near future.

On March 31, Alexander Simonchuk, a captured militant of the 78th Airborne Assault Regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that Ukrainian conscripts were poorly trained and given recommendations on behavior in captivity.
