The Hydrometeorological Center predicted temperatures above normal in April in three districts of the Russian Federation

The air temperature will exceed the average annual values in April in the Ural, Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts. This was announced on April 2 by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand.

"Temperatures are forecast to be around and above normal throughout the country in April. The above—normal class covers the entire south of the Urals, the south of the Siberian Federal District and the entire Far Eastern Federal District," TASS quoted him as saying.

Elevated temperature indicators will also affect Kurgan, Chelyabinsk, southern Tyumen regions, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Kemerovo, Irkutsk regions, Altai Territory, southern Krasnoyarsk Territory, Khakassia, Trans-Baikal Territory, as well as the territory from Magadan to Chukotka.

At the same time, negative anomalies are not predicted in the Russian regions, he added.
