- The Minister of Internal Affairs of the DPR visited the liberated territories of the region

Pavel Gishchenko, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), together with Nikolai Kryuchenko, Deputy Police Chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the DPR, inspected temporary police departments operating in the liberated settlements of Kurakhovo, Selidovo, Avdiivka and Krasnaya Polyana. This was announced on April 2 by the press service of the department.
"Today, in an interview with the head of the temporary department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it was reported that more than 160 people have filed complaints. This is theft and destruction of documents, restoration of passports, and so on," Gishchenko said.
Public service delivery points are operating in the liberated territories. Visiting groups also carry out the certification of the population.
"The provision of public services is one of the most important functions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, even in peaceful territories of Russia, and in frontline zones, obtaining a passport for citizens is literally a matter of life and death. The document gives people access to state—guaranteed benefits and payments, and allows them to move freely throughout Russia," the Interior Ministry said.
On April 1, the Russian military liberated the settlement of Razliv in the Donetsk People's Republic. The ministry added that the Russian army destroyed ammunition depots and explosives production sites, as well as temporary deployment sites for Ukrainian militants. In addition, the air defense forces shot down 67 aircraft-type drones. On March 30, the Ministry of Defense announced that the Russian military had liberated the town of Zaporizhia in the DPR. The successful offensive was carried out by units of the Center group of forces.
