In Kursk, an apartment building was damaged during an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on Wednesday, April 2, by Alexander Khinshtein, Acting Governor of the Kursk region.

"As a result of the attack of enemy drones on Kursk, there is damage to an apartment building in the city center... The wreckage of the downed drone, as well as its engine, fell onto the roof of a high—rise building on Chekhov Street," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

He added that no one was injured as a result of the attack, and the residents were not in danger, but they would be relocated while pyrotechnics were working on the site.

Earlier, on April 1, in the Rostov region, two apartment buildings were damaged after a UAV attack. Later, information appeared about a fire in one of the houses and two victims with minor injuries.
