The Cifrotek innovation platform was created for employees of Moscow's territorial authorities and activists of urban projects to get acquainted with modern services that will optimize work processes. This was reported in the Moscow City Hall.

The project was developed by the Moscow Government's Office for the Improvement of Territorial Governance and the Development of Smart Projects in cooperation with the Department of Territorial Executive Authorities (DTOIV). As the head of the department, Artyom Kostyrko, noted, over 70 thousand employees of territorial authorities "on a daily basis must rhythmically ensure the "breathing" of the entire urban mechanism, moving over an area of 2.5 thousand square kilometers." To do this, it is not enough just to minimize the speed of reaction to what is happening — we need "tools for analysis, forecasting, and interaction in a changing environment," he stressed.

Thanks to the Digital Library, you can select services that will help you quickly find information in thousands of documents, as well as organize reports and protocols. The program includes three blocks: an online course on the technologies presented; an offline practical block based on the University of the Government of Moscow; and a hackathon with the solution of work cases. The program includes such areas as building processes with a large number of participants, creating chatbots and preparing reports.

According to Marina Prozorova, deputy head of the DTOIV, "it is more important than ever to be able to work with new services," and the Digital Library will help in familiarizing department employees and activists with technological solutions that optimize work processes. "In the future, a mechanism for the exchange of experience and best practices will be created on its basis," Prozorova added.

More than 700 people have registered to participate in the work with the Digital Library, almost half of them have already started training.
