The United States topped the Forbes ranking of billionaires

The United States once again took the first place in the Forbes magazine world ranking in terms of the number of billionaires. The list of 3,028 richest people on the planet includes 902 Americans. The corresponding list of billionaires is published on the publication's website.

China is in second place with 516 dollar billionaires, while India is in third place with 205 people.

In 2025, the combined wealth of billionaires reached a record $16.1 trillion.

According to Forbes, for the first time, three entrepreneurs have a capital of more than $200 billion.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that American businessman Elon Musk, whose fortune is estimated at $342 billion, was recognized as the richest man in the world.

Musk also topped the list of the 400 richest U.S. citizens in 2022 and 2023.
