In the Moscow region, three teenagers were arrested in the case of a terrorist attack after an arson attack on a railway

Three minors were arrested in the case of arson of railway transport infrastructure in the Moscow region. This was announced on April 1 by the press service of the Western Interregional Investigative Department for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"The minor attracted his acquaintances born in 2009 to commit this crime. They, being about 51 km of the 4th track of the Podolsk-Grivno railway station in the Moscow region, set fire to the switchboard heating cabinet," the department's Telegram channel reported.

A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"). It is specified that the suspects were detained, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention. The case is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

On March 15, it became known that two minors were arrested in the Kaluga region in the case of a terrorist attack. They set fire to the battery cabinet at the railway station.
