Russian Railways announced the resumption of the site after a DDoS attack

The Russian Railways website has been restored after the DDoS attack, ticket sales are available again on the online portal and through the mobile application. This was announced on April 1 by the company's press service.

"Due to the ongoing attacks and the increased load on the company's information resources, there may still be some difficulties," the Telegram channel says.

Russian Railways stressed that specialists continue to work on ensuring uninterrupted access to Internet services and a mobile application.

The public sector, postal services and cargo and passenger transportation were among the most affected industries.

On April 1, the Russian Railways website and mobile application were subjected to a massive hacker DDoS attack. Ticket offices at the stations and train stations continued to operate normally.
