Peskov spoke about Trump's threats of secondary duties against Russia

Moscow continues contacts with Washington, despite statements by former US President Donald Trump about possible secondary duties on Russian oil. This was announced on March 31 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"We are continuing our contacts with the American side. The topic is very complicated, the substance we are discussing related to Ukrainian regulation is very complicated," the press secretary said at a briefing.
Peskov also noted that contacts with the American side require many additional efforts.
Earlier, on March 30, Trump announced that he would impose secondary duties on Russian oil exports in the absence of an agreement with the Russian Federation to end the conflict in Ukraine. However, he later added that he would not like to introduce these measures against Russia.
