Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree according to which the date of the end of the Leningrad Battle is now considered the day of military glory. The document was published on April 1 on the official Internet portal of legal information.
"This Federal Law shall enter into force from the date of its official publication," the document clarifies.
