The season of electric scooters has begun in Chita

The electric scooter season opened in Chita on April 1. The use of transport will be suspended in case of deterioration of the weather.

According to Woosh kicksharing, in 72% of cases, citizens did not use electric scooters for leisure. Transportation was required so that residents of Chita could get from home to a public transport stop, office or shopping center. The duration of such trips did not exceed 15 minutes, writes ChitaMedia news agency.

Last season, more than 16% of the townspeople used scooters. Persons over 14 years of age can use the electric scooter.

Scooters will appear on the streets gradually. In case of morning frost or bad weather, the rental service will be limited.

Earlier, the deputies made a proposal to create special parking spaces for the means of individual mobility of kicksharing.
