A criminal case has been opened into the shelling of a bus in Horlivka by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

The Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case into the shelling of a bus by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Gorlovka, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was announced on April 1 by the press service of the department in the Telegram channel.

According to the investigation, Ukrainian soldiers attacked a city bus. Residents who were in the transport were injured, the bus and the nearby administrative building were damaged.

It is specified that the criminal case was initiated under Part 3 of Articles 30, 105 and 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder", "Intentional damage to other people's property").
