The court will not delay blocking the ban on transgender people in the US army

The Court of Appeal will not postpone the blocking of the ban on transgender people in the US army (the LGBT movement is recognized as extremist in Russia). This was announced on Tuesday, April 1, according to the Reuters news agency.
"The US Court of Appeals on Monday rejected the request of the administration of [US President Donald] Trump's suspension of the lower court's decision blocking the ban <...> on transgender service in the military," the publication says.
It is clarified that the US District judge in Washington state last week issued a preliminary injunction suspending Trump's decree on the dismissal of transgender military personnel.
After that, the administration of the head of state appealed the judge's decision and appealed to the Court of Appeal. However, the petition was rejected there.
Earlier, on February 14, it was reported that transgender people would no longer be accepted into the ranks of the US Army. The US army will also stop any assistance to military personnel who plan to change their gender.
On February 5, the media reported on the desire of US President Donald Trump to ban transgender people from competing in women's sports. Prior to this, the American leader stated that the official US policy is to recognize only two genders — male and female.
