In the Leningrad region, a driver burned down in a car after colliding with a tree. This was reported on April 1 by TV channel 78 in Telegram.

"Near the village of Bolshaya Izhora, the Mitsibishi Pajero driver lost control and crashed into a tree. Due to the strong impact, the foreign car caught fire," the publication says.

As a result of the accident, the car completely burned down, and the driver who was in it died. According to one version, he lost consciousness from the impact, so he could not get out of the burning car on his own.

A day earlier in Moscow, a car fell from a multi-level parking lot and caught fire. It later became clear that the woman in the car had died. Earlier that day, a firefighter was killed and two others were injured as a result of a fire truck overturning in the Altai Territory. It is specified that two victims are in the hospital. All the circumstances of the incident are being established.
