Private Alexander Zakhlebin, as part of the unit, carried out the task of capturing a stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The Russian Ministry of Defense on Tuesday, April 1, reported on the exploits of Russian servicemen committed in the area of a special military operation (SVO).

During the offensive of the Russian troops, the enemy decided to use kamikaze drones. Zahlebin promptly noticed the approaching enemy drones and opened fire on them with standard weapons. Two drones were destroyed. Meanwhile, Russian attack aircraft managed to get close to the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Zahlebin was one of the first to break into the enemy stronghold and joined the battle. Having lost a significant part of the personnel, the enemy was forced to retreat.

The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the competent and selfless actions of Private Yevgeny Berdyshev, who participated in the storming of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stronghold as part of an assault squad.

Berdyshev received a shrapnel wound during the battle, but decided to continue the fight. He stealthily approached the enemy base and threw a hand grenade, eliminating two opponents. After that, it became possible to get inside. Berdyshev and his comrades cleared the stronghold and defended it until reinforcements arrived.
