Switzerland has launched an investigation into 14 mercenaries in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Swiss authorities have launched an investigation into 14 citizens of the country fighting as mercenaries in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on March 31 by the official representative of the country's military justice, Florian Menzi, in an interview with RIA Novosti

"Currently, the military justice system is conducting 14 proceedings on suspicion of performing foreign military service in Ukraine," he said.

However, he added that the agency is not investigating the Swiss citizen, whose death in the Kursk region was reported on March 30.
