Temporary storage warehouse to be built in Chita for 160 million rubles

It is planned to organize a temporary storage warehouse with an area of 26.5 thousand square meters in Chita. The facility will appear within the territory of the advanced socio-economic development of Transbaikalia, according to the official portal of the region on Monday, March 31.

The contractor will have to build a building for storing goods and related infrastructure. It is also planned to purchase specialized equipment for cargo storage.

According to ChitaMedia news agency, 159 million rubles will be invested in the project. 15 new jobs are expected to be created.

In July 2024, it was reported that the borders of the Trans-Baikal Territory would be expanded by joining land plots with an area of more than 70 hectares. An enterprise for the production of non-standard metal structures and a quick-assembly concrete plant will be built on the new sites.
