Conscripts enrolled in military service will not be sent to new regions of Russia or to participate in a special operation. This was announced on March 31 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
"The upcoming draft campaign has nothing to do with conducting a special military operation in Ukraine. The draft events will be conducted as planned, within the time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation," the message says.
