Residents of Timiryazevsky district receive new housing under the renovation program. Since the end of December, 76 families have begun moving from two houses in Linear Passage to a new residential complex on Dmitrovskoye Highway, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his Telegram channel.

"The house was built according to an individual project. Glazed loggias, improved finishes according to renovation standards, underground parking, apartments for people with limited mobility, automatic resource accounting systems — everything for a comfortable life," said the mayor of the capital.

As the mayor noted, the new residential complex has good transport accessibility. There are metro and MCD stations nearby. The necessary social and recreational infrastructure has also been created around — green areas, schools, shops. There are children's and sports grounds in the courtyard of the residential complex.

In Timiryazevsky district, residents of 9 houses have already moved or are in the process of moving under the Renovation Program, which is about 1.5 thousand people. The program includes 45 houses where more than 8 thousand Muscovites live. Construction continues: three more new buildings are being built.
