In 2045, humanity will be able to connect the brain to the so-called "cloud system" of artificial intelligence (AI). This was announced on March 31 by Raymond Kurzweil, an American inventor and futurist, in an interview with the Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia.
"Nanobots that will non-invasively insert themselves into our brain and connect the new cortex to the cloud. Our intelligence will multiply a million times: we will be smarter, funnier, more creative and more inventive. This is a singularity and will happen in 2045," he believes.
According to Kurzweil, such changes will open up "new levels of consciousness", change the physical components of the body, as well as master all spoken languages and visualize shapes in 11 dimensions.
At the same time, he clarified that AI will allow a person to go beyond the biological limitations of the body. The futurologist also added that democratic countries should promote AI to ensure the safety of the population.

Zhang Yi, CEO of the iiMedia Research Institute, said that such companion robots have high commercial potential due to their "cute" appearance.
