In the Trans-Baikal Territory, a child was injured due to the detonation of an unidentified device. This was reported on March 31 in the press service of the regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

"After conducting a pre-investigation check, a criminal case was opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing serious harm to health by negligence") upon injury to an 11—year-old boy," the agency's Telegram channel informed.

According to preliminary information, on March 29, as a result of the detonation of an unidentified device, a child was injured in the face, chest, arms and legs. It is specified that such injuries belong to the category of serious harm to health.

At the moment, law enforcement officers are conducting an investigation into the incident. A forensic examination was also ordered, in which it is planned to determine the type of device.

Earlier, on February 28, it became known about the injured child due to the explosion of an unidentified device. As a result, the boy has wounds on his fingers, a broken finger and cuts on his face and neck.
