The Murmansk shooter is wounded and in serious condition.

The man who opened fire on the roof of a building in Murmansk is in serious condition. This was reported on March 31 in the regional investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
They noted that the local resident who fired did not agree to negotiate with the emergency services who arrived at the scene, so it was decided to neutralize him.
"Currently, the person who committed the crime is in serious condition. His identity has been established," said Vitaly Baranov, head of the criminalistics department of the SU IC in the Murmansk region.
It is specified that two firearms, including one rifled, and spent shell casings, were found and seized on the roof of the house at 10 Kola Avenue, from where the man opened fire. The investigation into the incident is ongoing, the department added.
According to the source of Izvestia, a certain Vladislav, born in 1981, shot, he lives in the same house on Kola Avenue.
Eyewitnesses reported shooting on the roof of an apartment building in Murmansk on March 30. Local media reported that an unknown person opened fire from a firearm from the roof of one of the houses on Kola Avenue. Later, information about the shooting was confirmed by the Governor of the Murmansk region, Andrei Chibis.
Later it became known that employees of the Murmansk "Wolverine" assembly and the "Bear" riot police of the Russian Guard neutralized a man who had previously opened fire on the roof of the building. A criminal case was opened on the fact of an attempt on the life of law enforcement officers under Article 317 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Assault on the life of a law enforcement officer").
