On March 30, Russian tennis players Mirra Andreeva and Diana Schneider beat Spanish athlete Kristina Buksha and Japanese Mia Kato in the doubles final of the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) tournament, which is being held in Miami in the United States.

The game lasted 1 hour and 36 minutes and ended with a score 6:3, 6:7 (5:7), 10:2 in favor of Andreeva and Schneider. It started to rain during the first set, which caused the match to be interrupted and resumed a few hours later.

Winning the WTA tournament in Miami was the second joint success for Andreeva and Schneider. In January, the tennis players won the WTA-500 doubles tournament in Brisbane, Australia.

Andreeva and Schneider won in the semifinals on March 29. Athletes from the Russian Federation beat two Chinese women, Wu Fangxien and Jiang Xinyu, 6-0 and 7-5 in two sets. Then the game lasted 1 hour and four minutes.
