Ukrainian media reported on the explosion in Kharkiv

The sound of an explosion was heard in Kharkov. This was announced on March 31 by the Ukrainian Public television channel.

"An explosion has occurred in Kharkiv," the Telegram channel said.

According to the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alert was announced in the Kharkiv region at that time. At the moment, an alert has been issued in the Zhytomyr, Kiev, Chernihiv and Sumy regions.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information about the explosions.
