France should stop providing military and financial assistance to Ukraine. This was announced on March 30 by the leader of the French Patriots party, Florian Philippot.

"Peace is urgently needed to stop these monsters and violence! Let's stop arming and financing this regime!" he wrote on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

This is how the politician reacted to a video in which police officers in Odessa grabbed a courier and forced him into a car in order to send him to the front.

On March 27, French President Emmanuel Macron announced the deployment of French and British troops in Ukraine. According to him, the contingent will be deployed in specific strategic locations, which will be determined jointly with the Ukrainian side.

This time, protests were held in Paris against the "coalition of the willing", as well as Macron's policy in Ukraine. Izvestia's footage shows that many people who came to the protests bring with them posters with the words: "No to Macron, yes to peace", "Long live peace!"
