The Houthis reported the death of one person as a result of US strikes in Yemen.


One person was killed and four were injured as a result of US air strikes on a village north of the Yemeni capital Sanaa. This was announced on March 30 by the representative of the Ministry of Health in the territories controlled by the Yemeni Houthis, Anis al-Asbahi.
"According to preliminary data, one civilian was killed and four injured as a result of the American aggression on Sunday, March 30, 2025, on a village opposite the Jadr district of Beni al-Haris district north of Sanaa," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
Al Hadath TV channel reported on March 17 that dozens of Yemeni Houthis from Ansar Allah were killed during US strikes on the territory of Hodeidah province, located in western Yemen. It was clarified that 53 people died, and about 100 more were injured.
On March 15, US President Donald Trump announced that he had ordered the US military to begin operations against the Yemeni Houthis. Soon, the central command of the US Armed Forces announced the launch of a large-scale operation in Yemen.
