Stubb suggested April 20 to Trump as the date of the ceasefire in Ukraine


Finnish President Alexander Stubb has proposed to US President Donald Trump to set a ceasefire date in the Ukrainian conflict zone for April 20. This was reported by the Reuters news agency on March 30.
"April 20 would be a good time for a full cease-fire without any conditions," Stubb said.
He added that Easter will be celebrated on this date, and by that time Trump's term as president of the United States will be three months.
During the talks between the presidents of Russia and the United States on March 18, the Russian leader supported the idea of mutual rejection by Moscow and Kiev of attacks on energy infrastructure. However, after the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a deliberate drone attack on an energy facility in the village of Kavkazskaya, Krasnodar Territory.
On March 19, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky promised to abandon attacks on energy infrastructure facilities, but on the night of March 21, Ukrainian armed groups blew up the Sudzha gas measuring station (GIS) in the Kursk region, through which Russian gas was being pumped to European countries.
