US President Donald Trump has threatened Iran with bombing if the parties do not sign an agreement on Tehran's refusal to develop nuclear weapons. This was reported on March 30 by NBC News.

"If they don't make a deal, <...> the bombing will begin. It will be bombing, the likes of which they have never seen before," Trump said.

According to the TV channel, the official representatives of the parties are negotiating.

Earlier on March 30, Iranian President Masoud Peseshkian, in a reply letter to the American leader, refused direct talks, but noted that there was still an opportunity to continue the dialogue through intermediaries. He added that Washington's form of behavior will determine the continuation of the negotiation path.

Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali said on March 27 that the country rules out the possibility of holding nuclear talks with the United States until the United States stops exerting pressure on Iran.
