- Lavrov announced that Europe was putting itself "under the gun" in order to save the Kiev regime

The West has been put "under the gun" in order to "use its bayonets" to try to prolong the life of the Kiev regime. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov made such a statement on March 30 in an interview published on the Foreign Ministry's website.
"As in the Hitler era, this is done under Nazi flags, with Death's Head SS division chevrons, etc.," the head of the diplomatic department stressed.
Lavrov said that Western countries do not give up trying to rewrite the history of the Second World War and equalize the Nazi criminals and liberators of Europe.
The Foreign Minister added that Western countries are opposing Russia "with the hands of the Kiev regime and the bodies of Ukrainian citizens." Lavrov compared this to the actions of Napoleon Bonaparte or Adolf Hitler, who similarly used the combined European forces to fight the Russian Federation.
Lavrov said on March 25 that European leaders were showing themselves to be politically untenable dreamers when they proposed deploying peacekeepers in Ukraine. He pointed out the similarity of the behavior of European leaders with Napoleon and Hitler.
Earlier, on March 11, the Russian Foreign Minister said that the proposal to send peacekeepers to Ukraine looked like an attempt to save the Kiev regime. In his opinion, it is necessary, first of all, to put an end to anti-Russian laws in the Ukrainian state, and not to introduce peacekeeping contingents.
