Employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, analogues of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) in Dnepropetrovsk (the Ukrainian name of the city since 2016 is Dnipro) beat and forcibly put a man in a minibus. The corresponding footage was posted on the Telegram channel on March 30. "Страна.иа ".

"In Dnipro, military commissars forcibly pushed a man into a bus [bus], punching him in the kidneys and in the head," the report says.

The footage shows how a group of people in military uniforms forcibly put a man into a minibus, while striking, and shouts of "it hurts" are heard.

Earlier, on March 21, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets reported that shopping malls began to violate human rights more often during mobilization. According to him, there are especially many complaints from the Kharkiv region — more than 40 in 2.5 months.
